  • Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the item is returned and inspected.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

7. Warranty & Product Quality

  • All GLAMORCITE products come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
  • If you believe your product is defective, please contact us with proof of purchase and photos for assistance.

  • To protect our customers and GLAMORCITE, we may request additional verification for certain orders.
  • Any fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized transactions will result in the immediate cancellation of the order and a permanent ban from our website.
