For eligible customers, GLAMORCITE offers the option to use Klarna for installment payments.

- Payment Plan: Klarna offers flexible interest-free payment plans or longer-term payment options, depending on the value of your order and your location.
- Late Payments: Klarna may charge fees for late payments. GLAMORCITE is not responsible for any fees imposed by Klarna.

5. Order Confirmation & Payment Authorization
- Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase.
- Your order will be processed and shipped after payment authorization is completed.
- If payment authorization fails, we will notify you immediately, and your order will not be processed until the issue is resolved.
6. Declined Payments & Payment Issues

- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and process your returned item or canceled order.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider to inquire about the refund status.
9. Sales Tax & Additional Fees
- Sales tax will be applied to orders based on your shipping address and local tax regulations.
- International customers are responsible for paying customs duties, VAT, and import taxes that are applicable in their respective countries. These fees are not included in the total price and will be charged upon delivery.
