- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
- Pack the items securely and ship them back to us.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that:
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order for the desired item.
